These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the 24Fold application provided by Thilina Pitiwala (“24Fold”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use 24Fold.
24Fold is a personal time-tracking app that lets you log how you spend your day across 30-minute slots, review patterns over time, and optionally receive daily reminders. It also offers Insights, an optional feature that uses artificial intelligence to generate a written reflection on your logged time, which you can switch off in Settings. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
You need an account to use 24Fold. You’re responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Provide accurate information and let us know if you suspect unauthorised use.
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to disrupt or compromise it, accessing it by unauthorised means, reverse-engineering it other than as permitted by law, or using it to violate any applicable law or the rights of others.
The logs and content you create are yours. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and process that content to operate the app for you (for example, to sync it across your devices). How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
We work to keep 24Fold available and reliable, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and you’re responsible for keeping your own records of anything important to you.
AI-generated Insights. When enabled, Insights uses artificial intelligence to generate written reflections from your logged data. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. Insights are provided for personal reflection only and are not professional, medical, psychological, financial, or other advice — verify anything important yourself and don’t rely on them as a record.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 24Fold will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You may stop using 24Fold and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or where necessary to protect the service or other users.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll update the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide notice in the app. Continuing to use 24Fold after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
